I was without cigarettes for a few days but now I have some!

The Kool cigarettes were on something of a sale today - they were about $4 a pack - as opposed to them being around $4.50 a pack.

Here are some interesting things that I found out while I was out trying to buy a pack of cigarettes (any pack of cigarettes - even the cheaper brands!)

• The local BP will only take credit or debit card orders of $10 or more! Seeing that I only had about $3 in my account this wasn't going to happen!
  

• I also found out that my local BP will not let you "split" a payment with half cash and half card!
  

• The nearest Rite Aid's cheapest cigarettes cost $3 (as compared to the $1.59 brand of cigarettes that I can get at the BP) but at least there I can "split" a purchase (which I couldn't do on this particular day because I didn't bring any of my change with me because I was so sure that I would be able to get a pack of cigarettes with my card! - and I was not about to walk back home and walk back to the store - I guess that means I found my cigarette "threshold"!)

So all in all this was not a good day!
